InPost the best courier company 2019

InPost has reason to be proud again!
The Polish Institute for Quality Research (PIBJA), in media cooperation with Onet.pl, carried out an independent survey on the evaluation of courier companies by individual customers buying online, the results of which have just been published.
Eight nationwide companies (DHL, DPD, FedEx, Geis, GLS, InPost, Pocztex, UPS) were evaluated. A number of criteria were examined, among them: satisfaction with waiting time for delivery, communication with courier , the condition of the shipment, or the innovation of the solutions offered by the company.
Respondents rated InPost highest! The brand was far ahead of the competition and scored highest in the survey in terms of: satisfactory waiting time for the parcel, delivery to the right address, courtesy of the staff, impeccability and lack of damage to the packaging and the parcel itself, good telephone contact, innovation of solutions!
The survey showed a strong attachment of courier service customers to the InPost brand and a definite willingness to use the services again. At the same time, the survey assessed the quality-to-price ratio of the services and here, too, InPost collected the highest marks in terms of 'acceptability of the cost of sending a parcel'.
This result of the survey is a confirmation of the daily good work of all of us and an effort that is producing spectacular results in many areas.
