We are pleased to announce that InPost came first in the Supplier of the Year category in Ceneo.pl's Trusted Shops 2019 ranking, ahead of DPD and DHL. Also in the NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey Furgonetka.pl's online service for 2018 in the courier services sector, Paczkomaty® InPost took first place, while the company's courier services came third.

This year, the Ceneo.pl Ranking of Trusted Shops covered 16 categories. This is a list of brands which Poles trust the most - 45 companies were included in this group. The ranking is prepared on the basis of questionnaires, which are filled in by online shoppers after making purchases in shops covered by the programme. This year, more than 3 million surveys received by the service over the past year were analysed. It is in these surveys that customers share their opinions on the transaction process, the service of the shops and the delivery process. In this way, the Ceneo Trusted Opinions Programme is a reliable source of knowledge about retailers and products for many users.

The NPS survey is an indicator of customer satisfaction, and involves collecting responses to a question about how likely the respondent is to recommend the company's services to friends or family. A scale of 0 to 5 or 10 is used to answer the question, on which 0 means a definite 'no' and 5 or 10 a definite 'yes'. The results make it possible to identify so-called detractors, i.e. brand detractors, neutral - indifferent and promoters. The NPS indicator is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the same percentage of promoters. Paczkomaty InPost thus obtained an index of 62. Furgonetka.pl obtained evaluations by e-mail from 9684 customers who used the services of any of the courier companies it cooperates with.
