The InPost Mobile app is one of the most popular apps in Poland – and for good reason. We’ve done our utmost to ensure that every new version works perfectly and is as user-friendly as possible. In a moment, you’ll find out why the InPost app is a treasure trove of benefits and a must-have on your smartphone.

Where can you find the loyalty scheme in the InPost Mobile app?

To find the InPost loyalty programme, you’ll first need to download the app – you can find it on Google Play and the App Store. Once you’ve downloaded it, sign up, give your marketing consents, and you’re all set. You’re automatically enrolled in the programme, so you don’t have to do anything else at all to take part in our competition.

You’ll find the programme at the bottom of the home screen; simply click on the icon labelled ‘Rewards’. You can also get there by clicking on the coin icon right next to the notification bell – in the top right-hand corner. Next to the coin, for your convenience, we immediately display the number of InCoins (i.e. points) you currently have in your account.

How do I join the InPost loyalty scheme?

 You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty programme via your account in the InPost Mobile app. We wanted to make it as easy as possible for users to join in, so as soon as you open the ‘Rewards’ tab, you’ll be taken straight to the programme’s home screen.

There you’ll find the current number of InCoins and a list of challenges – that is, tasks to complete, for which you’ll earn InCoins. At the very bottom of this screen, you’ll also find the Rewards Catalogue, where you can redeem your InCoins.

InCoins on InPost Mobile – how do you collect points and claim rewards?

Once you have a sufficient number of InCoins in your account, you can exchange them for the options available in the rewards catalogue. All you need to do is click ‘Select’ next to the prize you’re interested in.

What can you find in the rewards catalogue? From discounts on parcel posting, through to codes for extending collection deadlines, right through to discounts and vouchers for our partners.

So how do you earn InCoins – the points in our scheme? It’s simple – You basically earn them for the various tasks you carry out on the InPost Mobile app. You’re therefore entitled to these benefits when you collect a parcel from a Paczkomat or send one via Paczkomat, when you collect a parcel from a courier, when you make a payment using InPost Pay, or when you shop at InPost Fresh – you can easily find the full list in the app.

It’s also worth keeping track of the tasks as they come in, because so-called ‘special challenges’ appear regularly, which you can only complete within a specific time frame. This includes, for example, collecting a parcel by a set deadline or other activities where you need to be alert and quick on your feet.

These are opportunities to earn more InCoins. So it’s worth checking the app regularly to make sure you don’t miss out on anything.

The InPost Mobile app – additional benefits for users

The InPost mobile app is well-liked, widely used and very popular thanks to a range of benefits you won’t find anywhere else. Quite apart from the loyalty scheme, it’s ideal for managing your parcels on a day-to-day basis.

The app lets you send and receive parcels quickly with just a few clicks. You don’t need to print a label to send a parcel. Collecting it is just as easy. Simply scan the code in the app or use the remote locker-opening feature. The app automatically recognises your location and the parcel locker. The locker opens, you take out your parcel, and that’s it! The whole process takes just a moment.

The InPost mobile app – features that make life easier

As well as making it easy to send and collect parcels, the InPost Mobile app also offers features that really do make it easier for you to manage your parcels. We’re sure you enjoy online shopping, and that the Paczkomat is one of your favourite delivery methods.

Sometimes, however, you might not be able to collect your parcel in time – but the app offers a feature that allows you to extend the collection period. For a small fee, you can extend the collection period, meaning you won’t risk the parcel being returned to the sender, you won’t incur re-delivery costs, and you won’t have to wait for your item all over again. Remember that with enough InCoins, you can get a discount on the collection extension option!

The app also features parcel tracking option. You no longer need to keep an eye out for when something is due to arrive, or check that a parcel has been delivered to the recipient – the app will notify you of everything. We’ve organised the tabs to make the process as simple as possible, and the intuitive navigation helps you keep track of what’s happening with your parcels.

What’s more, in the app you’ll also find the feature for sharing a parcel from one app to another. This means you can send the details needed to collect your parcel to another person using InPost Mobile, and they can collect the parcel on your behalf. No need to take screenshots or forward SMS codes – it’s pure convenience.

The person to whom you are sending your parcel can also collect it by opening the locker remotely – all the app’s features remain the same.

That’s not all – we also offer you the option to return unsuitable purchases to the shop, pay for cash-on-delivery parcels, and make use of the Easy Access Zone, which lets you choose lockers at a lower level.
