InPost with the World Post & Parcel Awards

 

At the Warsaw gala, the results of the World Post & Parcel Awards were announced. InPost, the leader of the modern logistics sector in Poland, received the award in the Customer Service category . The judges praised the project "Make it social" - effective customer service on social networks. In the final, the company from Poland beat competing projects from Deutsche Post and Liban Post.

The main prize is awarded to a company that, through its innovative activities, creates a set of good practices and thus sets the industry standard . InPost was recognised for its innovative approach to solving customer problems raised by customers on social media. InPost is a pioneer when it comes to using social channels as more convenient for the modern customer to contact the service provider than a call centre or contact via a website.

The award is further confirmation of InPost's excellent performance in solving customer problems. The company has previously received accolades in reports from analytics companies such as SoTrender and Socialbakers. Both ranked InPost among the national leaders in terms of the number of requests handled, as well as the response time for questions asked by customers. It is worth recalling that InPost's social media activities were first recognised internationally in May 2015 at the Engage Awards gala in Prague, when the company was awarded a distinction in the 'Socially Devoted' category (involved in customer service on social media).

"This is an award not for me, but above all for the entire hard-working InPost team. It is also proof that it is not worth taking shortcuts in the projects undertaken, but rather to consistently implement the established plan. Such a strategy is rewarded with recognition from customers and appreciated by the industry." - said Rafał Brzoska, founder and CEO of Integer.pl Group, to which the InPost brand belongs.

Brzoska emphasises that it is worthwhile to be a pioneer and implement projects according to your own original concept. "After a few years, the award again goes to InPost, this global accolade shows that it is possible to realise original concepts here in Poland, which find the recognition due to the pioneers all over the world."

This is another award of this kind for InPost. The company has previously won the World Mail Awards four times in 2010, 2011 and 2013 (in the categories of growth, innovation, e-commerce and customer service). This year, the organiser of the award changed its name to the World Post and Parcel Awards. InPost is also the recipient of other international accolades, having won, among others: the 'Supplier of the Year' title received at Post Expo 2014 and 'The Delivery Excellence Award 2014' in the category: "Best Carrier Contribution to Delivery Innovation."
