How does the InPost loyalty scheme work?

Our brand not only meets users’ needs, but also actively builds relationships with them. That’s how the InPost loyalty programme came about! With the revamped version of the InPost Mobile app update, you get access to a world of rewards, excitement and challenges – it’s worth fighting for.

The way the programme works is simple and intuitive, just like all our services and offers. Simply install the InPost Mobile app and you can join the programme straight away. The whole idea is to collecting special points called InCoins, which you can then exchange for various prizes.

You can start collecting InCoins simply by using the InPost Mobile service on a daily basis. You earn them for sending and collecting parcels (via Paczkomat® or a courier), redirecting a parcel or a range of other tasks, including additional challenges – you can check all of this in the app.

They are often very simple to complete, such as consenting to receive marketing communications, adding a payment card, or making a purchase via InPost Pay for a specific amount.

However, we’ll often be providing you with entertainment in the form of express challenges, known as ‘quick shots’. In these, we’ll give you a set amount of time to complete certain tasks, for which you’ll be rewarded with a substantial boost of InCoins.

How do I sign up for the InPost loyalty scheme?

All you need to do is download the InPost Mobile app from Google Play or the App Store, sign up… and that’s it. Yes, it really is that simple! If you’ve already downloaded our app, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the scheme. You really don’t need to do anything else.

If you’re already using InPost’s services, Points are credited to your account automatically. You don’t really need to do anything other than what you do every day – that is, sending parcels, using the InPost Fresh or InPost Pay services, or collecting parcels from various online shops.

Join us to earn great rewards as you use our services every day. If you send and receive a lot of parcels, this could also mean long-term savings. You can exchange your InCoins for, amongst other things, discounts on parcel postage or extensions to the collection deadline. You’ll soon find that you’re spending less on postage than before.
