My parcel machine has disappeared! What now?

First of all - no worries. The number of machines is by no means decreasing. On the contrary - there are more and more of them (currently as many as 4,500 machines all over Poland!).

And if you do not find the Parcel Machine either on the shop's website or on our website - this means that it has been temporarily taken offline. How long can such a moment last? It all depends on the reason for the shutdown of the Parcel Machine. The machine may be serviced - in this situation it "disappears" for a few days (although this usually lasts much shorter). The Parcel Machine may also be relocated (it changes its place of residence) - but this process takes much longer. And let us emphasise: the machine then also disappears... physically. And this means that it may find itself in a different location.

And here the reason is probably that the Parcel Machine has been temporarily taken offline. If you can hold off on generating the label - wait a few hours and check whether the Parcel Machine has been switched on again. If you do not have the time - contact the customer and ask them to choose another machine.
