Over 4 million courier shipments handled by InPost

Since launching the service in June 2015, the company has already handled more than 4 million parcels and nearly 98% of these were delivered the very next day after posting . The volume of the service is growing at an express pace. Nearly half of the deliveries were made in the last two months - more than 1 million in December 2015 and nearly 800,000 in January 2016 respectively.
The company provides courier services for individual and business customers. Next-day delivery and attractive service prices - combined with Paczkomaty® InPost and the largest network of over 7,000 postal outlets - is the only offer in Poland providing a comprehensive and complementary range of domestic and international logistics services 'under one roof'.
The operator's offer is complemented by a wide range of modern solutions, including the Dynamic Parcel Redirection option that allows a courier parcel to be collected at a selected InPost Parcel Machine® or Customer Service Point. In addition, in November 2015 InPost courier deliveries have also been implemented on the Allegro platform as part of a collaboration between the two companies to provide e-customers with the best logistics services for goods ordered online.

According to a consumer survey conducted by InPost, as many as 93% of users of the new courier service rated it good or very good. When asked to rate the delivery of InPost's new courier service, more than 74% of customers described it as very good, with 18% rating it as good. Among the key issues influencing the evaluation of the solution, consumers most frequently indicated speed, timeliness and level of service courier .
Option Allegro Courier InPost is one of the three forms of delivery available for goods ordered through Poland's largest e-commerce platform . With the conclusion of a strategic cooperation agreement for the delivery of products ordered online by Allegro and InPost, e-tailers also have the opportunity to take advantage of the Allegro Parcel Machines InPost and Allegro Polecony InPost. In all these options, customers are guaranteed to be able to return the ordered product free of charge.
