Parcel kiosks® InPost logistic partner for LG service centre in the UK

LG Electronics has launched a partnership in the UK with InPost UK , operator of the Paczkomat® network, through which the group's customers can receive and send mobile devices for service. Customers have more than 1,100 devices at their disposal, available 24 hours a day in convenient locations.
This is another partnership agreement signed by a British company InPost . In recent weeks, InPost has announced the signing of an agreement with Holland & Barret - one of the largest representatives of the dietary supplement industry and with the company Decathlon specialising in sports equipment. In the French market, meanwhile, at the beginning of July InPost signed a strategic agreement with the E.Leclerc supermarket chain, the leader in the country's distribution sector.
The agreement signed with LG Electronics will help the company to streamline its equipment warranty repair procedures. Easy shipping and collection of repaired appliances has been made possible thanks to InPost's network of convenient and automated Parcel Machines®. These are located throughout the UK in safe and frequently used locations such as petrol stations and supermarkets.

Thanks to the cooperation with InPost, LG device users will forget about queues at post offices and missed calls courier services . Customers are completely free to choose where to send/receive the parcel, and can select the place and time that suits them best. When a device sent for repair is picked up by service personnel and later repaired, their owners receive an individual barcode via SMS or e-mail so that only they can receive the shipment. No one else has access to it. With the code for the box in the Paczkomat®, they can choose a convenient time to collect their parcel, also 24/7.
