Pre-Christmas shopping peak? With us, it will all work out!

We started preparing for the end of the year months ago. All this so that, even before Christmas, you can be sure that your Parcels will arrive as usual - efficiently and on time.

What makes us reassured that, even in such a hectic period, you will receive your gifts without any problems? First and foremost:

• The number of Parcel Machines is much higher than last year. You can now order your parcels to almost 4800 machines all over Poland!
• We are preparing a whole army Mobile parcel machines to support our machines.

Should any of the Parcel Machines become even more popular and the situation threatens to become overcrowded, we have prepared a huge number of couriers who will be delivering the parcels from vans. Specially marked InPost employees will be on standby in the immediate vicinity of stationary Paczkomaty, and parcel collection will look similar to "normal" collection (the only difference will be that you will need your telephone number and the last three digits of the parcel number). Everything will be done in compliance with accepted parcel security procedures.

November and December often mean snow, traffic jams and more generally... unforeseen situations. How do we deal with them? At times of emergency, we will contact consignees to make alternative arrangements for delivery - so that every customer receives their desired shipment as quickly as possible.

In conclusion - remember, keep a close eye on our SMS announcements and e-mails. You may find a few (pleasant!) surprises in them.
