Dear Customers,

we would like to inform you that, despite temporary maintenance work on from 26.09.2020 at 20:30 to 27.09.2020 at 20:30 You can easily pick up your parcels from Parcel Machines, as well as make purchases from online shops with delivery to Parcel Machines and Parcel Points.

We would like to emphasise that the works will in no way impede the collection of pre-ordered parcels from Parcel Machines. This means that at all times you will be able to pick up parcels that have been placed in Parcel Machines before the works began - whether using a collection code, QR code or via the mobile app.

All the maintenance activities we undertake are dictated by our concern for the reliability of our IT systems, and also aim to improve the quality of our services.

We would very much appreciate it if you could take a look at the following list of the consequences of the said maintenance work.

  • It will be possible collection of parcels placed in Parcel Machines before the start of the service interruption (using a collection code or QR code);
  • It will be possible pick up the shipment using the mobile app. Once the shipment has been picked up, the status will still show as 'ready for collection'. The status will update to "shipment received" when the system is restarted. When trying to reopen the box, the customer will receive a message that the parcel cannot be found;
  • It will be possible online shopping
  • The collection deadline for parcels placed in a Parcel Machine will be extended by the interval of the service window, i.e. by 24 hours;
  • The expiry date of the labels will be extended by the interval of the service window, i.e. by 24 hours;
  • The validity of the return code will be extended by the interval of the service window, i.e. by 24 hours;
  • Parcels in the Weekend Parcel Service will be provided Saturday only.
  • There will be no the ability to create, pay for and generate labels for shipments through the Quick Shipping and Parcel Manager services;
  • There will be no the possibility of creating and paying for parcels directly at Parcel Machines;
  • There will be no the possibility of creating shipments based on the Fast Returns service;
  • There will be no the possibility of generating return codes for Allegro shipments;
  • There will be no the possibility of placing parcels in a Parcel Machine with a label created prior to the start of the service window;
  • There will be no InPost hotline available;
  • They will not SMS/e-mail messages sent to Customers / Recipients, e.g. regarding receipt codes for parcels, collection of parcel, etc. All messages will be sent after the break;
  • During the service window, the status of shipments will not updated on the website and on other platforms, such as the InPost Mobile app. The statuses will be updated once the break has ended;
  • There will be no the possibility of paying for parcels on delivery via PayByLink and paying for parcels on delivery at Parcel Machines;
  • There will be no the possibility of redirecting shipments;
  • New packages during the service window will not placed in Parcel/PUDO machines;
  • Parcels in the Weekend Parcel Service will be provided Saturday only, before the service work begins;
  • There will be no the Office24 service operates;
  • There will be no Refrigerator service in operation;
  • There will be no the ability to create and pay for shipments and generate labels for courier shipments;
  • There will be no a customer complaint form available on inpost.co.uk;

Once again, we point out, that the deadlines for the receipt of parcels placed in a Parcel Machine, the validity of labels and return codes will be extended by the duration of the maintenance work .
