Dynamic Redirection is still possible. You will receive an email and/or SMS from us containing a unique link that will take you to a special page where you redirect your courier parcel. Please note that redirection is only possible for courier parcels that have already set out. A parcel can only be redirected if it has not yet been delivered or cancelled and has the dimensions and weight indicated. The place of redirection (Parcel Machine, Parcel Point or neighbour's address) must be within a maximum radius of 10 km of the original place of delivery.

What happens to an unclaimed parcel?
