What should I do if the parcel is already waiting at the Parcel Machine but the collection code has not arrived?

It is possible to check the acceptance code after logging in to Parcel Manager by setting the "Incoming" filter. To do this, you must have an account registered to the e-mail address to which your delivery is assigned.
If a parcel is waiting to be picked up at a Parcel Machine and you have not yet received an SMS, it is worth checking whether your phone is in network coverage or whether the so-called SMS Premium service has been blocked (SMS Premium does not work outside Poland).
If there is no email notification, it is worth checking the SPAM folder where the message may have been categorised.
What if the sender has provided an incorrect phone number or email address? He/she should contact our Technical Support ([email protected]) and ask them to send an SMS and/or e-mail to the correct data. It is not possible to edit the data, we can only make the data available for collection to a different phone number / email address.
Please note that the sending of notifications to the original data will not be blocked, which means that all information about the shipment, will be directed to the e-mail address and telephone number provided by the sender.
