The Digital Services Act (DSA) is the EU Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of 19 October 2022 concerning the single market for digital services, which amends Directive 2000/31/EC.

Reporting and Action Mechanisms
Pursuant to Article 16 of the DSA, any person or entity may report information deemed illegal content using the reporting form available in the InPost Mobile app at the level of the offer or merchant card to which the report pertains.
Internal Complaint Handling System
We have developed a complaints handling system so that service users can submit objections to our decisions electronically and free of charge. The system allows for appeals against decisions regarding content removal, limiting visibility, account suspension, or monetization restrictions. Complaints are handled transparently, and users have access to this process for at least six months after the decision.

A User who disagrees with a decision regarding content or their account has the right to contact a certified out-of-court dispute resolution body.
