The Bot packet works perfectly!

In December, we introduced you to our new creation - the Parcel Bot. The project was enthusiastically received by customers - within less than a month of its creation, the InPost chatbot was used by more than 12 thousand users! It is clear that Paczucha Bot is a future-proof solution, which is why we are striving to improve it, which will ultimately allow for comprehensive customer service.
For now, the Parcel Bot allows you to check the the status of the parcel (this issue was the subject of nearly 16 thousand December chats with Paczucha) and finding a Parcel Machine or Parcel Service Point (nearly 3 thousand calls). If, for some reason, Paczucha does not know the answer to a question, it directs the customer to a consultant, website or hotline. But rest assured - we have a lot more planned! We want to develop the app so that, in the future, the bot itself will send users every change in parcel status, information about new services, etc. 2018 will be marked by more innovation and development :)
