I deleted/deleted the SMS with the parcel collection code.... what now?
3 August 2015
Nothing to lose! Remember that we also send you the collection code by e-mail. So take a look in your e-mail inbox - if necessary, also check the spam tab. This usually takes care of the problem. The only exception to this is if the sender has not provided you with an e-mail address. This is possible for parcels sent directly to a parcel machine (i.e. sending without a label).
"I'm not sure if I've received a text message and I can't find the email. Should I panic?"
What if the parcel is in the box and you still haven't received a text message? Rest assured that we send messages without exception and on an ongoing basis - but only if the parcel is already in the Parcel Machine. It is therefore a good idea to make sure first that your parcel is actually waiting in the machine (you can do this at tracking page ). Also check that your phone is in network coverage. Finally, remind yourself that you have not blocked your operator's so-called premium SMS service. Although you do not pay a penny for our text messages, your mobile network operator may sometimes "not allow" an SMS from our system. Please also note that SMS Premium does not work outside Poland.
Still don't have a collection code? And there are ways around that.
A final possibility remains: the sender may have .... provided your telephone number in error. And in this situation there is no reason to panic. Write to us in a private message on Facebook (or via the contact form available at on this page ), provide the consignment number and your telephone number. We will then check that the number provided by the sender is correct. We will tell you if the numbers differ. With this information you can then contact the sender of the parcel. The sender in turn should contact our Technical Support ([email protected]) and ask them to send an SMS to the correct number.
Please note that such a request can only be sent to us by the sender of the parcel (and not by the recipient). As you may have guessed, this is for security reasons. After all, you wouldn't want anyone to be able to "appropriate" your collection code, would you?
