For business E-commerce
21 June 2026
This integration allows you to add InPost Parcel Lockers, courier services, a map of collection points, automatic labels and bulk parcel dispatch to your shop. This means you can manage the entire dispatch process directly from your online shop’s admin panel. Automatic data exchange will eliminate the risk of addressing errors and drastically speed up the fulfilment of every order.
What does the InPost integration with Shoplo offer?
The integration of InPost with Shoplo provides automatic integration of the online shop with InPost’s logistics services, currently most commonly via the Shoper platform. Thanks to this integration, the recipient’s details are automatically transferred from the order form to the dispatch system. This speeds up order processing and reduces errors in logistics processes.
Solution supports online sales and the management of multiple sales channels. Orders can be retrieved from the online shop and processed further in the logistics system; in more complex implementations, they can also be processed in external automation tools.
Implementation should not require any modifications to the shop’s theme. The integration works as a module or service configuration, rather than through manual changes to the template. This is important for shops that want to launch deliveries quickly, without having to redesign the checkout process.

The customer selects a collection point, and the parcel is delivered to the chosen locker. The second key service is InPost Courier, which involves delivery to the recipient’s address.
The integration of InPost with Shoplo also includes:
-
collection points and PaczkoPunkty,
-
real-time parcel tracking,
-
shipment statuses visible to the seller and the customer,
-
Fast Returns,
-
Weekend Parcel,
-
international parcels via InPost International,
-
delivery to selected European countries and PUDO collection points.
How do I connect my Shoplo shop to the InPost API?
The Shoplo/Shoper shop can be connected to InPost via the ShipX API by providing the following authorisation details: Access Token and Organisation ID. The ShipX API handles data exchange between the shop and the InPost system. Once authorisation has been successfully completed, the system can create consignments, download labels, provide tracking numbers and synchronise statuses.
The configuration process consists of 8 steps
-
Log in to the InPost dashboard or Parcel Manager.
-
Generate an Access Token.
-
Copy the Organisation ID.
-
Go to the Shoplo/Shoper shop dashboard.
-
Open the delivery or courier integration settings.
-
Enter the token and organisation ID.
-
Save the settings.
-
Place a test order and check that the parcel has been dispatched.
How do I set up delivery methods and parcel dimensions?
Delivery methods and parcel dimensions are configured via linking the shop’s delivery options to its services InPost and parcel size standards. For deliveries via InPost parcel lockers, the most important dimensions are A, B and C. The system should assign the appropriate size based on product dimensions, product specifications or the default setting for the relevant delivery method.
The most commonly configured options are: delivery method – Parcel Locker, Parcel Point, courier; delivery costs; delivery price lists; parcel dimensions; maximum parcel weight; availability of the method for selected products; and conditions for free delivery. Once correctly configured, the new delivery methods will appear in the customer’s basket.
It is good practice to check, Are the dimensions and weight of the products specified?. The absence of this information may make it difficult to automatically assign a size category and may necessitate manual correction of the consignment.
How do I enable the map showing collection points in the shopping basket?
Map of collection points It is launched via Geowidget, an interactive map of Paczkomat and PaczkoPunkt locations available in the basket or at checkout. The Geowidget displays the current collection points and allows the customer to select a specific location. The user can choose the nearest Parcel Locker, check the collection point’s address and save their selection without leaving the checkout process.
The map of collection points improves the user experience, as it eliminates the need to manually enter the Paczkomat parcel locker code. The customer selects a point in an intuitive way, and the system automatically assigns it to the order.
How can you automate the bulk dispatch of parcels?
Bulk parcel dispatch allows you to generate waybills and labels for multiple orders at once. This enables the seller to select multiple orders, run a multi-action and generate consignment notes for the entire batch. This is useful in shops with higher sales volumes, where labelling parcels by hand would take too long.
Shipping automation includes:
-
generating waybills,
-
creating consignment notes,
-
support for multi-pack handling,
-
assigning several parcels to a single order,
-
a collective acknowledgement of receipt for the courier,
-
parcel collection request,
-
a regular courier delivery,
-
updates to order statuses,
-
providing customers with parcel tracking numbers.
At advanced sales It is worth considering integration via Base or Apilo. Such systems enable you to centralise your fulfilment operations, automate dispatch, manage multiple sales channels and handle logistics processes on a larger scale.
