Loyalty schemes – what are they? You could say that they are a way of rewarding customers for their engagement with the brand. Engagement is understood to mean regularly making purchases, using services or engaging in other interactions with the company.

As part of loyalty schemes, Customers can look forward to discounts, special offers and other promotions. The key point is that they are not available to outsiders – people who are not members of the club or loyalty scheme, who do not hold a membership card, and so on.

How do I join the InPost loyalty scheme and how do I use it?

As an industry leader, we have decided to launch a loyalty scheme – we know how many customers like our brand, use it regularly, and praise and recommend our services to others. Ever since the loyalty scheme was launched, The rewards catalogue is really interesting, and there’s definitely something for everyone!

You can find the InPost loyalty programme in the InPost Mobile app. Once you’ve installed the app, registered and accepted the terms and conditions, you’ll automatically become a member of the programme. Taking part requires no effort on your part – simply continue using our services as you have done so far, and we’ll reward your loyalty and commitment.

The system is based on collecting InCoins. These points are awarded for carrying out specific activities, such as posting a parcel via a Paczkomat, collecting a parcel (from a parcel locker or from a courier), redirecting a parcel, extending the collection time for a parcel,  using InPost Pay, shopping with InPost Fresh, and much more. As well as earning InCoins for standard activities such as sending or collecting parcels, you can also earn them by completing limited-time challenges. This is your chance to earn a large number of extra points! The InCoins you earn can then be exchanged for great rewards. The rewards catalogue is constantly updated, so it’s worth checking the app regularly to stay up to date with new rewards and challenges.

What’s more, there are so-called ‘special challenges’ waiting for you, which we’ll keep you updated on via the app. These are challenges that you need to complete within a set time – for example, collecting a parcel quickly. It’s worth keeping an eye on the ‘Rewards’ tab in the InPost Mobile app and turning on notifications so you don’t miss out on any quick challenges. Check that you’ve given your consent to receive push notifications so you can find out about new challenges or rewards in the Rewards Catalogue right from the start!

You can exchange InCoins for whatever you like. If you collect enough of them, you can use them for things such as:

  • a discount for extending the parcel collection period,
  • a shopping voucher from InPost Pay,
  • a discount on postage,
  • a discount on purchases at InPost Fresh,
  • vouchers for a wide range of brands offering clothing, footwear, accessories, subscriptions, electronics,
  • tickets for concerts, regular events, and Poland’s national football team matches,
  • access to pre-sale tickets for concerts, events and matches featuring the Polish national football team.
